Aduka took a trip down south to meet up with his fellow comrades for performance evaluation or giving them an elbow....today is the 4th day on the news that I will have the promotion. Its rather a mix feeling, anxious, nervous,excitement..name it..guess its the shouldering the responsibilities make me feel a little bit quesy.
ok that is about my career...

My love life : miss Aduka, but Nana has been keeping me company, and of course the boys keeping at bay on their mischiefs. Wow, how I really miss Aduka's company..anyway he'll be back tonight.

Healthwise : did my 1 hr cardio at the gym last nite while waiting for nana & haziq to finish their tuition session. As for today, insya'allah off to LFD( Line Funky Dance) with Bernard in IOI. I hope he has recovered from his bad sore throat....else zainal will be his voice for the dance moves.

have been attending this cardio class in FF called line funky dance. To me it's a good alternative to the old school ways of cardio workout..you know, for example running on the treadmill, cycling the stationary bike & the glider. FF offres a good alternative!!!!

Going to Body combat...definitely a NO-NO, As i couldn'y rely 100% on my knees anymore else I will suffer an inflamed knee and defy me of the gym activities for a few days...that is torturous.

Today, was at Maxi's gym for the 1and half hour class with Bernard, but too bad the class was replaced with line dance, however Zainal was around as a 'substitute'. It was fun despite me not having the full one and half hour workout!!! the new dance step on rihanna song is my fav...able tp push up my heartbeat to 150 and that's wonderful, got the cardio blast.

Psst...today is my second day of no rice for the daily meal, need to take each day at a time...so far so good as I need to shed off another 5kg which has been padding-up 'places' i

To my amazement I am what they can called as a seasonal blogger. Haven't been here for quite sometime, guess writing need some form of triggering, now that makes me wonders how does those famous writers continuously write!!!! and a best seller!!! Good gracious...Well come to think of it, if there are many like them then, one just write one's book. Now how am I going to start this posting...kinda flooded with loads to tell, can't help it has been sometime. Got to pen them in or else it will be buried deep down in the 'unused' space of the grey matter.

Now, let me think , what has the year 2007 made me...hmm..firstly not so much of me..it is more to the kids. They really has grown, words can't described much, but let me make an effort.

Yong : She has turn 20, she's at the fringe of adulthood. she hasn't been successful in managing Jay's teasings...but gradually improving.

Jay : Hmm...this young man, full of surprises. wanna be a Doctor!!!!! Time will tell

Nana : Growing teenage girls who loves money!!!!!

Haziq : The achiever, who dislikes failure and has some vision, but beware he has the tendency to become the computer games addict!!!...got this from Jay...
