my new regime

I am going to tracks the meals that I had and the workout that I undergone.

My profile:
Age - 50 yrs
height - 160cm
weight - 88.9 kg ( eversince the raya break in 2009 - the extra has been so diificult to shed off)

what I had so far

AM
1) attended a meeting on Fixed Mobile Substitution - had 2 tuna sandwiches and and Tbsp pf Fried mee - masin pulak tu
2) 1 cup of teh tarik

pm( before my zohor prayer)
1) 4 pieces of cream crackers with ST Dalfour jam. Only fruit sugar.
2) 1 mug of lemongrass tea

How do I feel so far - not too bad, craving for rice - nil, need to take oats before i leave office today. This is to avoid unnecessary meal with Men..need to control my calories intake
