why do I feel that today is Friday. Office activities has slowed down, guess the whole company is winding down for the X'mas and the New year break. Got my new contract yesterday. Need to submit the response within 14days and the contract is effective on the 1st Jan 2011. had a chat with Mohana just wanting to know how the figures in the offer is calculated. Just to satisfy my little voice querying about the offer. well, I know I can get a fair and truthful answers from Mohana.

Now, I am back to my planning mode for year 2011. process ownership in place and now to drive the business improvement. had my facial session yesterday at estee lauder and I have signed up for 6 sessions.

reached home about Maghrib, house a little bit quiet, since Yong & Shakira dah balik and so is Yati and her two sweet angels. Yong broght one of the little black kitten to the vet. the kitten was feverish and it is much better this morning. yong was with me this moring, took a lift to LRT station and will wait for her this evening after office.

my new division EBM had its first w/shop on the 20th December. title of the workshop is Process Ownership. we worked hard for the wshop and Alhamdulillah it turns out well. Thanks for all the cooperation given. I felt blessed and honored to have a committed team such as this.

It Jya's birthday today. Its his 20th and interestingly he is still attached to us. He just can't wait to come home for a 2 week break from El-Mansoura. Kat rumah sekarang ni penuh juga dengan Yati, Isya & Khuzairi and Mak kualer too. we had Yong and Shakira yesterday and they have gone home this morning. sent them to KTM old station and they are taking the fast train to Ipoh.

My day in the office is rather boring..feeling sleepy 'cos Ihad masi lemak executive this morning. How sensitive I am to the rice. had a 15mins nap and will be going off soon. ada estee lauder's appointment. btw, was successful in the kutu game with Roshanita, RM 5500. enough fund for the Universal studio trip!!! yes!!

today is Nana's last SPM paper. It will be a relieve to her and me too. somehow deep down I believe in her capability to do well and I think she will do well. today is the 1st time that the Volvo is sent for service, not actually service as servicing will only happens at 20,000 km, but for now it it has just reached 10,000 km..so its just engine oil change. Men took it to the Volvo service center.

last saturday was a good "spending" day. depart RM5k to a few pairs of Italian silk and its to my heart satisfaction. now the challenge is to get a good tailor. need to ask around for this. Office is quiet this morning except for an 1 hr of discussion with Raj and his team. Good discussion. went to a website describing developing your own personal brand and the STAR newspaper has an article about Fast Track your career..interesting topics for the morning.

one thing for certain that I am disappointed with myself for not having a proper plan for Haziq during this school term break. nana requested to watch Harry porter tonite, haven't thought much about it yet, but it would be fun to watch though...lets plays it by the ear..

journey of a crusader? don't know really...but I need to tread along for Jay and for the people that I am responsible with. Kinda experienced an upset few days, anchored on people's behaviour and attitude..not forgetting th eineffective people that I have with me. very distressing and feeling is awful as the hurdle is not getting any better(?). that is how I feel at the moment. may Allah guide me to the best path.
