Today I-story-story is all about reggae, you know the Bob Marley, UB40 kind of music...Buffalo Soldier...Red-red wine. He was beginning to doze off and when suddenly he jolted out of bed, thought he's going to puke, ( that will make me rush for the old rag) but No of course not..its him basically doing the reggae moves.

It all started with Abang, he was busy downloading music from the net and he somehow played this reggae song....guess it has awakens sweet old memories during the raging hormones years.

The other i-story is all about the most Eligible bachelor around, he's going to muscle-up tonight at the gym. Lets see how he survives( suffer???!!)

What will it be today??? World cup and have me swooning over Beckham & Owen...how lucky those little girs..do they do teleporting?..guess not..leave it be, the England players..nahh!!! not actually the 1st choice of story-story today...the highlight of the morning is of course my Angels...who are reigning the household effectively for years..ehemmm...

Yong : Star-gazer & pre-occupied
Abang : boisterous & ingenious
Comel : Cool & Cheeky
Manja : the strategist & exuberant and of course my loving girl who has left us and has only enjoyed this clourful world for only 6 months. Allah loves her more than we do.

But of course not forgetting the humanoid form who has been ruling the household for nearly 20 years. May Allah bless him with good health & wealth....

My fist day on the blog..there's so much to story and thinking how this story-story thing can start...well if you want to story just press on the keyboard and start story-story...feels good huh!!!

Renew my plan to lose weight. Attempt to consistently take all recommended supplement. What's in my store...hmm quite a concoction...Vit E, EPO, Calcium Magnesium, Flax Oil-Lignan and not foregtting my 'cordial' of green tea, chinese tea and not forgetting the Darjeeling and Earl Grey....

By the way the sole pain has very much reduced ever since I start on flax oil..budgetnya RM92, as Dr Dhilip pointed out curing is more costly than preventing. Am trying to convince my soulmate to take the same regime..so much so that he is beginning to take interest. Old age is unavoidable but it is more how one handles it..definitely be graceful...
