I am confused..don't know what to diagnose..have been missing my period for 4 days, but definite no signs of pregnancy...early signs of menopause..need to see the Doctor tomoorow morning to confirm..but for sure the following feelings do exists;
1) stomach feel bloated - as if some air has been pumped into my stomach
2) lower abdomen achs - this usually is an indication of me having my period but for sure no stain
3) hot flushes- might be happening but not sure but at time i do feel sweaty but not to the stage of uncontrollable

with these symptoms - making me aware on coming of age, physically i do see some changes, I feel tired easily..mood wise sometmes feeling emotional..well whatever it is the Doctor visit tomorrow will help..
